Job Description:

Ensure employment policies and practices align with the goals of the company. Support leadership and management through strategic initiatives; hiring/firing -administers employee joining and separation notices and related documentation to determine reasons behind separations; Provides orientation of the organization and business to the new hires; Resolves complex employee relations issues; Consult with management in providing HR guidance and coaching; Ensure all legal requirements are met related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance; Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity; Identify training needs for staff and management and participate in the development, delivery, evaluation, and monitoring of training programs to ensure effectiveness; Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations; Conduct performance and salary reviews; Feedback to employees on performance and provide guidance; Maintain company’s organizational chart and direction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related / Foreign Education Equivalent Degree for U.S.
  • 24 Months Experience as Human Resources Manager or related position required.
